How fast is your delivery?
We offen reliable delivery across the UAE:
  • Dubai: Next-day delivery for all orders placed before 12 PM.
  • Other Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, etc.): Delivery within 2 business days.
  • Do you deliver to my area?
    We deliver across the entire UAE. Just enter your address at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest!
    What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in resalable condition. We’ll replace the item free of charge — just send us a photo of the damaged package via Whatsapp
    Can I return or exchange pet food?
    You can request a return only if the product is damaged or incorrect. In such cases, contact us within 48 hours, provide a photo and proof of payment, and we’ll issue a free replacement or refund. Products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in resalable condition.
